Turnover Cleaning Services

L&R Cleaning Unlimited offers a full line of vacation rental cleaning services. We have specially educated cleaning professionals who have trained and worked with major hotel chains. These professionals understand the high level of expectations that vacation rental guests have, and only the highest standards are set to insure that your renters have a relaxing stay in a comfortable, inviting, and thoroughly clean unit.
What we do for you:
- Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroooms
- High and low dusting
- Sweep/Vacuum and mop
- Empty trash can liners
- Strip and remake used beds
- Wash on premises linens or have laundered at our facilty (additional fee applies for offsite laundering)
- Wash dishes
Scheduling:
- Changeover cleaning can be scheculed any day of the week, but typically occurs on the weekend.
- A Spring cleaning is recommended prior to opening for those vacation homes that are seasonal.
- Changes in schedule must go through the office. Please do not inform the cleaning technicians of any changes.
- Cancellations to the Changover schedule must be made at least “1” week in advance or you will be charged your regular cleaning fee.
- Cleaning Supplies:
- L&R Cleaning Unlimited provides all cleaning supplies and equipment needed. Should you have a product preference you must supply the product.
- For an added fee we can provide soaps, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.
Laundering Service:
- Linens are washed and replaced on premises, if available, during Changeover Cleaning.
- L&R Cleaning Unlimited can provide offsite laundering services for an additional fee when needed.
